Fear!

One of my major goals in my life and my career is to control my fear. I've attempted to train myself to approach my fears and an in a logical manner in order to better deals with them. I've eliminated fear in some aspects of my life, like performing difficult surgeries. Although there are other situations where I feel my fears will never be controlled such as public speaking (I think the latter is my most irrational).

Decision making is a major part of my job. Currently I find myself making a decision that will effect the survival of a living fetus that has not yet reached viability (the ability to live outside the uterus on it's own) . Again I find myself having difficulty controlling my fears.
